Our professional lodging services are continuing to build upon our already high standards of housekeeping and hygiene and align with the guidelines provided by out state and country. The health of our guests has been and remains our highest priority
CLEANLINESS
Under our professional management, we have elevated our already rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces especially high tour areas. We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched areas between reservations and implementing up[dated protocols to common areas like our front desk.
Some examples of how we're taking important steps to bring you the excellent experience you expect from an industry leader.
- Key cards will be sanitized upon return and sanitized again prior to distribution
- Key drop will be contactless with a box for guests to return their key cards to be sanitized.
- Hand sanitizer needs to be used frequently and masks are recommended.
- Public areas like lobby will be sanitized consistently throughout the day following CDC guidelines..
- Gloves will be used while transferring items to guests or receiving items.
- Guests and employees will be required to wear masks at all time
- Delivery of amenities and additional housekeeping services will be limited and require 24-hour notice
From the moment you book your reservation and add your reservation number to the Hotel Fossils Mobile App, you have the freedom to check-in through the App. when you arrive at the resort, simply pull your vehicle up to the entrance and our concierge will bring your room keys and hotel information directly to you. Yes, it is that quick and convenient!

AMENITIES DURING YOUR STAY
Because of some of the new processes and guidelines, there will be a reduction in certain services and amenities, including, but not limited to, the closure of hot tubs, shared spaces, and pools. Additionally, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

- Upon booking, provide your phone number for our contactless check-in procedure
- Guests are required to wear protective face masks in public areas in lodging buildings
- Maintain 6 feet of social distancing with members outside of your party
- Wash and sanitize your hands regularly
- Follow all elevator guidelines
- Follow all posted procedures for public bathrooms and shared spaces
